Hi, I have a dead Beoplay A3. I think the power socket is faulty. I have another fully working one and comparing the two, the power input socked on the dead one is loose. I can't work out how to get inside without causing damage. No manual for this one on Beoworld. Can anyone let me know how to take it to bits?
