Hi I have got a 7-32 mk5 and the DVD player only opens about 2/3 of the way. I can get a disk in (just) and it plays ok. Is there a way to fix this problem ??

best wishes Ken

Had a look today at the DVD player, I can open it and the last 1/3 more by hand, it seems to be catching on something on the right side ???

Hi Ken - sorry, I don’t have one myself.

I can’t see what membership level you are, but if you’re silver or gold you can access the service manual on the website version of Beoworld (not via the app.

Perhaps there is a diagram in the service manual that would help you understand what is going on.

Hopefully a more knowledgeable member will be along soon to help.

Stay safe,

Lawrence

Thanks for the reply Lawrance, I felt so alone,

I have seen some form of manual, with a drawing of the tv, its always nice to get some information, from someone who actualy dit it.

Thats what I really like about Beioworld, all the tips & tricks  that you dont see in the manual.

Otherwise I may go too far, stripping the tv.

best wishes Ken
