Hi I'm a new user, I'm not sure I'm in the right section, I have a problem with my beomaster 5500, to make the audio work I have to turn it on and off several times because either you don't hear anything or you only hear a speaker or you it hears softly, then sometimes I press reset on the master control and it feels good. This putting the speakers on output two because on the first, in addition to the problems indicated above, sometimes I shoot the audio to the maximum and risk of starting the speakers. Then when it is in use it works fine until it is turned off. I ask for helpoooo. Many thanks to those who will help me.

Replace the speaker relay.
I can supply the correct part (soldering required).

Ok thanks I'll change it and let you know if it works.

Yes, if you know the correct part.

Thank you

But the socket 1 of the speakers is not activated by the relay, am I wrong?

Socket 1 is via the relay (allowing muting in the main room), whereas socket 2 should not be affected by the relay.

In fact the problem is on the second din socket.
Today I disassembled the relay I cleaned and reassembled it, the problem remained. Then I disassembled the relay the one next to the transformer was dirty with white powder I cleaned and reassembled it and everything works, this was the problem. Lost that the problem will return because the relay contacts are worn out.

si sente morbido e solo con toni alti quindi la modifica del volume funziona. Nel forum ho letto gli stessi post ma nessuno ha risolto il problema. AIUTO » Ho cambiato i due relè ma il problema all'accensione è rimasto
