Does anyone know what is wrong when xbox one s puc does not work?

Is my question wrong?

It would probably help us you tell us more about what the XBox is connected to, how it is connected, what remote you are using and if it has ever worked for you before. If it did work before, what have you changed?

I reset the avant ng, xbox one s worked before with beoremote one. It’s connected with hdmi cable but i don’t know how it is relevant 🤔

If you have reset the Avant, you probably also have reset the PUC - means it is not assigned to the device/the HDMI input anymore.

It should be faitly easy to go into the settings to see, what has happened.

In case it is gone, you will have to assign (maybe download) it again.

I am sure you did not mean to come across as rude, but if you are having issues and want help, everything can be relevant.  I see from the answer, that it seems it could be relevant in your case.

I reset the avant, then i put the xbox back, and the tv told there is a new thing in hdmi 3 or 4 or something, then it told to asign puc, then i selected xbox one s. But beoremote doesn’t control it
