Hello all,

I've been trying to use my beosound 9000 MK3's digital output with an external dac (chord 2qute as well as several others) with no luck. Although an output signal appears to be present with an oscilloscope I just can't get any audio out of any of the DAC's i've tried. Any ideas?

You should set your BS9000 to Option 1 to get sound. Please check it.

Hello. I am considering purchasing a Beosound 9000. Could you please tell me what kind of digital output cable I would need to connect it do a DAC? I look at the schematic in the user guide and it's very high-level. Just says 'digital out.' Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
