Hi all,
I have something strange happening with my MK2 BV7 32" which I have bought recently. It was HD upgraded and was cuurently connected to a digit box via the DVI port to HDMI and SCART to AV2. The screen somehow goes yellowish in a sudden after 3-4 hours play. I can still watch things but just yellow, the only solution now that fixes is restarting the TV.
Does anyone experience a same problem as I do? Is it a major malfunction? Software update? Connection problem? Any advice will be helpful. many thanks.t
Does this happen with other sources? Or are you only using one source?
Too long to list....
It seems to works fine with DVD, only happen when you watch TV via the DTV function.
My connection is
PICTUR: DVI Port (BV7)--> HDMI adaptor --> HMDI port (TV Box)
SOUND: SCART port AV2 ( BV7) --> SCART port (TV Box)
Have I connect anything wrong here?
Try switching the ports with the DVD.
I have the exact same problem since many years. I have a BV7-32 MK II. No one has a solution. Not in the old forum, nor the dealers and service departments. This happens only on DTV which triggers my inbuilt DVB-S. I changed the DVB-S and still there. Restarting is a solution and in my case sometimes changing the modules between the 2 available slots of the BV7. You are the first one that has stated this, so it must be a glitch in our sets. If you find a solution by accident, please post it here.
EDIT: It has something to do with DTV triggering i believe. But since you use it with a TV-BOX set, the only solution for you , might be easy. Assign the TV-BOX to V.MEM instead of DTV. This would do it for you.
