Hello Beoworld  I have purchased a Beoplay A8, all the pictures of this thing online show it without the docking plug and the little adjustable disk for the ipod on top. with the use of air play i don't need this untidy look on top of the A8. There is no mention on how to remove these in their instructions.  Has anyone out there removed these things.  thanks for any help   brian

Hi

 

My A8 shipped without the dock installed, you had to fit it if you wanted it.

 

The older, now discontinued BeoSound 8 can't have the dock removed, and doesn't have airplay.
