Beovision 11 questions

I was at my parents place last night and had a few minutes to play with the new tv (Beovision 11-46).

I've done a software update, the tv was installed the 15th of december and a update (17th of december) was available.

My dad had a "problem" with the remote, when pressing "radio" the Ouverture and the tv (in the same room but not linked) switch on.

I changed the video mode from 2 to 1 and it works perfectly.

So my main question is about the smart tv function.

I can't understand why, but my dad entered a pin code (or it's a bug ?) in the App center.

All the Applications installed (Youtube...) work fine but we can't access the App center to search for new Apps it asks for a pin code.

A message says if you forgot the pin code of Smart TV go online to get a new one but I can't find anything like that in the menus.

We wrote the security Pin code of the Tv but it's not that one.

If somebody has a clue, thank you !

Also, I tried to have a look of the service menu as usual but it doesn't work.

How do you access "service menu" on BV 11 (it's not the same as BV 10 or Avant) ?

I noticed a big difference with the tv from my BV 10 : the back stays "cool" while you can fry your eggs on the back of BV 10 !

What a tv the BV 11 is.

The pincode is a self made one,

My Smart-tv screen says "Lock" on the yellow button, when i press it, it ask me to make a 4 digit pin code..

This is self made and has nothing to do with the master code :)

Yes, whats strange is that my father never enterred any code and on the day of delivery smart tv was working fine because I remember installing the app. ibbc (and took it off, it wasn't working in France).
