Hi...
Just bought a Beomaster 3300, a Beocord 3300 and Beovox RL 35 speakers. Everything seems to work and the sound is great. Except when trying to record. Nothing happens. Neither button or remote will activate 'Record'. That said I haven't cleaned anything yet. Is there a switch or something I'm missing or is it more complicated? I've tried recording from the radio and via Macbook through CD input. I'm not new to recording Tapes - just B&O;-)
I only have an old Beomaster 3000 and a Beocord 2000 in the basement which I've never used.
Record protection tab broken off the tape you try to record on?
Martin
I've tried several tapes with no luck - there's no response at all. Perhaps a cleaning would help, but everything seems to be in great condition. The manual says 'Hit Record, adjust volume and hit Record again*....
And it doesn't start flashing in yellow with "Record"?Most likely a bad sensor for the protection tab, or a lead broken off.
Nothing. No light comes on. Everything Else works like a charm. I’ll try cleaning the sensor, but I’m worried that I need to take her apart.
Hi...again...
I found out that the 'plastic hinge' that is pressed in when a cassette tape is inserted is missing. It works when I press it in with my fingers. Luckily nothing major wrong with it, but is it possible to get these?
Photo or part number?
Not quite sure to upload a picture...I'll try this. Did sort the problem with a little piece of rubber which seems to do the trick.
