I have purchased a DoorBird video door station which works fantastic but I am having problems linking it to my BLGW. I have downloaded the driver and connected the doorbird under systems and the system connection status shows green but when I try to capture event nothing happens.
I have checked the realtime log and it states "Failed to connect to DoorBird unit (system have not replied ping), will retry in 20 seconds)
Does anybody know what the problem might be? Do I need to change something in the DoorBird app?
Any help and advice would be much appreciated.

I used username 0001 and password which came with the DoorBird passport, should I have used the administrator username and password?
