Beoplay H9i over the ear headphones - right speaker is not playing and cutting off and hissing

My Beoplay H9i over the ear headphone just started playing up. The right ear speaker is not working and when it works it is cutting off the sound and hissing.

The left ear speaker is working well and anyone who has had this and fixed it.

Factory settings have not worked and the right ear spear is not working well on all my devices.
