Beosound 4 and Beo4 Clock issue

I am unable to bring up the clock display on my Beosound 4 by selecting CLOCK from the LIST and pressing GO, as the manual states. I am only able to do it using the MENU button on the BS4. All other functions operate normally from the BEO4. Does anyone know of a fix?
