Dear app users, here's is a summary of some issues/comments I could find in previous app versions related threads that are still valid with the new app iteration.I may have missed some, or some have been fixed since, so feel free to update the list while keeping all the items grouped for better reading (copy paste with changes).
Hopefully someone in B&O still reads this forum and cares.

Surely we can see that they are only now doing bug fixes in the app?
Amazingly well constructed list, and a great reference.
But how long has it been since any material posts from Mr.Anderson, or any additional functionality?
My guess would be close to a year now.

For those expecting to see album covers in the B&O app when music source is coming from another application via Airplay(2), it is not something the app manages as according to support as the app doesn't have the information because it is provided by a third party application .... which I don't understand as the app displays the track title as well as the artist name which is also coming form the same third party application. My guess is that they don't care about this metadata full point, or I'm missing something which is also possible :-)
can we add:?
- line-in delay for Beosound Stage
- Ability to distribute HDMI ARC audio source on BeoSound Stage.
Especially the first one should be a no-brainer. I mean the M3s/M5s already have that. Its really obscure to me why the stage cant handle this.
At least would be a workaround for missing HDMI ARC/TV distrbution feature. So one could at least take analog audio output from the TV and connect with line-in of stage and the dsitribute. Right now there is an echo because the whole set-up runs behind the Stage output.

I would love adding these to the list but these enhancements are not related to the B&O application but to the Stage.
I suggest you open and manage a thread about the Stage to consolidate issues and request for enhancements, it will benefit current and future Stage users.

I have a Beoplay V1 where the infrared i broken so I can no longer use the remote.
When I use the app to set a Wi-Fi password, the keyboard does not show up on the screen as it does when you use a normal remote on my Beovison 11.

Thanks - Are you able to test the same scenario against another B&O product, e.g. your BV 11?
I have tried against my A6 for example and a keyboard is correctly exposed in the App when a password is required in the A6 configuration step.
What I'm trying to understand is if the issue relates the Beoplay V1 only, or to other products too.
Have you tried to get to the V1 configuration page with a browser?
Not sure if it works, but worth trying using http://<V1 IP address>

Cosmetic change: they change the settings cogwheel icon for a person/profile icon which I think is not relevant for global settings. They also introduced a "+" icon in the main page to add products which I think is not appropriate too as adding products is not the action we perform the most frequently with the App. Something like mute sound all or pause all would have had my preference.

After a quick check I think only issue #9 is fixed.
Possibly #10 is fixed, but need to test over a longer time I guess.

mbolo01: Tks for testing against the issue list! If B&O could do the same. #9 is not fixed. The point I raised to B&O is that in order to ´shutdown all’ by a 3D Touch action the B&O app must be running in the background previously which makes no sense. Other apps with 3D actions do what they are supposed to do without the need for the relevant app to be running in the background. #10 I also found an improvement since previous version, but as you said, it need a longer observation to confirm. For the rest of the issues, no progress unfortunately. I continue desperately to send feedback with screenshots.

mbolo01: It is very frequent that production versions are ahead from beta versions, I always check as we are not informed by B&O. When MrAndersen was active in the forum, he used to kindly maintain consistency between beta and prod versions.

Yep .... and no progress on the issues I already reported several times, I reported them again.
Looks like they introduce new product and the software team is running after having the app working with them ... looks like two different companies and a bizarre way of coding
