I received a reply for my case 270564
It says 

"Dear Antonius,

Thank you for your patience so far.

We just heard back from our technical team and were informed, that there might be a compatibility issue with the file format and your iPhone, as this device is the only thing that actually changed in the setup since it stopped working. Can the iPhone currently play AIFF files on its internal speakers?

We are looking forward to hearing from you again."

I replied them my phone plays AIFF file well and sounds good

Prod version has been updated. Interesting support of « Beogram 4000 », not found when adding products and new support for coming « BV Contour » configurable through the Soundbar (Stage ?)

This happens frequently.

Long time ago MrAndersen had been diligent on keeping both aligned as much as possible after we first complained, but this was before ...

I’m regularly checking if prod is ahead from beta and i frequently use the production one, hoping that old bugs have not been introduced back, check if no new bugs have been introduced and finally check if by any chance the one I reported months ago have been fixed ... I never win on the three fronts

And now no more Contour ....

New beta out

- Widgets « old style » are now configurable

- new TouchtoJoin widget (works well)

Still no icons for some products and minimized screen view still overlaps second icons’ raw

DLNA playback issue on BeoVision Eclipse - Shuffle and Repeat buttons have no effect at all ( case 209996 raised on July 1st 2020 by Dyssegaard)

Just noticed that there is no longer a warning message linked to Airplay and NL multiroom

btw: New beta out, Diagnostics page is back, full of inconsistencies and without reel guidance on what we are expecting to test.

Old bugs are still present.
