Hi

Should this be toggled to on or off on the Eclipse and Sky Q box?

I dont have an Eclipse, but if you're Q box is connected to the sound centre part of the TV, I'm not sure if it can handle HDMO CEC.

The TV may have the setting, but that assumes / works if the Q box is connected directly to the LG panel part.

Just a hunch mind.

Hi

If you’re using B&O PUC control you need to switch it off, and it’s also good practice to switch off HDMI control on all B&O HDMI sockets. You’ll need to switch this feature off in the Sky Q box as well.
