Hi

I'm struggling to get a 1st gen apple tv connected to a beovision 7 mark 1.

I have tried using component (y-Pb-Pr) & audion l-r but get neither sound or picture.

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks

AP

The ATV1 was made to connect via HDMI or Component , most UK/European B&O TVs use HDMI and or composite (and or scart). The ATV1 can be "tricked" into composite output (scart). I have an ATV1 working on my Beovision 5 via composite to scart

It would help to know a bit more about your TV. Is it a US/UK/European model? Can you tell us what free connections you have on your TV that you are possibly able to connect to.

In the meantime see my answer at the bottom of this old thread. Although it was about a different issue it should help regarding how to connect the ATV1.

Hi AP,

Did you get your AppleTV connected?
