I had a A9 gen 2 for years and recently its wifi connection stop working and the orange light indicator keep flashing. I did not change anything on the router setting. I tried to setup the wifi connection all over again andthis is what i have done:

1. Remove product from my B&O app
2. Factory reset
3. Connect to BEO A9 wifi, go to 192.168.1.1 and choose my home's wifi

After this setup, the B&O app is unable to detect the A9 at all.

However, when my phone connected to BEO A9's wifi, the B&O app is able to detect the A9. Something is wrong when add the BEO A9's wifi into the home's wifi network.

Any suggestion how to resolve the issue?

If you have an iPhone, can you see the A9 as an AirPlay 2 device? May be you can try deleting and reinstalling the B&O App.

I am using Android, basically i can't find it on Google Home, and Google Cast. It was OK last time, after I reinstall the app and reset the A9, all the apps are unable to detect A9.
