Since past few months the Caller ID and Redial functions on my BeoCom 6000 system are not refreshing and are stuck back in time. Does anyone have a suggestion how to unlock this logjam?

Maybe you could try resetting the handset and/or base-station.
What Mk of BC6000 do you have - to the left of the circle is there an INT button (Mk2) or a white DOT (Mk1)?
Also how many handsets do you have connected, and what sort of PSTN base are you using to connect to your landline socket - the triangular stand, or the separate black box?
