How do you like the V1 - only had mine for a month and I love it. Did you get the software update sorted?

Thank you Luke

That worked re: judder cancellation

However, still waiting on BNO support to send me the V1 software. They say my request is “under review”

???

Hi Barry,

let me know if B&O can’t sort you out - I have the latest software file on a memory stick still. It’s 127mb in size so would have to do it via drop box or something (which I don’t yet have set up). Let me know if you’re stuck fast

Hi

I’ll take you up on your offer if you can send/share a dropbox link.

Thanks
