I'm currently looking for a MMC5 or MMC2.  ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND ONE

I would buy SMMC3 from Soundsmith if you are serious.  I have one and like it a great deal.

And Peter Ledermann is man whose business needs our support now more than ever before.

I find the Soundsmith ones harsh and sterile sounding compared to the original.
The sound may be modern and all that, and some people (younger people perhaps) may like that, but I don't.

Most worn or broken original cartridges can be rebuilt/retip'ed.
If you still have the original cartridge, you could consider it.
