Why won’t my Eclipse play sky q in UHD 10 bit?

This is really frustrating. I’ve got Deep Colour setting on, but the TV only accepts sky q in 8 bit

i know the Eclipse should accept 10 bit, so what is going on?  Is there a setting I am missing?  Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I’d be grateful for any suggestions

I’m getting really frustrated with UHD on the Eclipse

I've accepted i can only link it with sky q box in 8 bit UHD, and not 10 bit

But occasionally the video disappears, and I have to change the resolution to 1080 to get the picture back, then retry to get UHD back

Am I going to have to live with this situation, or is there a workaround. It is all very disappointing 

Can someone suggest anything to solve this situation?
