Dear all B&O experts, I have a Beosound 9000 bought in Year 2007 from B&O Singapore, very lightly used but found no power, red led not lit, this morning. I have checked forums, tried the steps to re-programme with Beo 4 remote, doesn't work. Tried a tread suggestion to power down, press standby bottom for 10 seconds, then wait for 1 minutes, then power on with standby button pressed for 5 seconds, also doesn't work.
Singapore has imposed a 'Circuit Breaker' since 7th April 2020, quite similar to a 'partial lockdown' except we are still able to got out for essential services. B&O Service being non-essential is not opened due to current COVID-19 situations. Can any kind souls having experience of similar problem help me out?

Good day! Singapore is using UK plug. However, the original 'Figure-8' power cord comes with my Beosound 9000 is a EU plug (2 round pin). I have tested on a known working power cord and to a different wall socket, apparently not the power cord or wall socket.
I am not getting the red led standby-light like before. no fuse in this case, and wall socket is working.

Sounds exactly like the issue I just had on mine. This is 99% a dead power supply, and if you dont have experience in soldering/fault finding and so on, this is not something you can fix your self.
I have managed to get mine up and running, but not without problems, and even though I think myself as "rather good" at soldering and fault finding, this is not something I could have done without help, and I also managed to lift a few traces on the PCB, even though I was very careful.
I know it sounds negative, but this is probably your problem. A missing red std.by light, is a dead power supply, not any configuration or anything else.

trying to fix your BS9000 you have to have the service manual first.There on page 5.61 there is an error tree you have to follow:
Please note 2 things if you don't have speakers you have to connect pins 2&4 with 100K resistor ( the pins picture in service manual is from soldering side )as one of the reasons for led not lighting is the secondary keyboard - please check it and clean connectors with alkohol
Thank you Weebyx, I guess I shall have to wait for B&O Service to re-open, after CV-19 'circuit breaker' imposed here in Singapore. In the meantime any suggestion and help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for this diagram, I shall remove my Left and Right Beosound 9 speakers connectors and clean them with alcohol, and reconnect back to check again.

It is the pads for the keyboard that can need cleaning, not speaker connectors. If you remove the keyboard and power it on, is the stand by led then on?
all the other things in the diagram is connectors inside the unit. There is not much you can do yourself, other than remove the glass and top plastic cover, and try to disconnect all connectors to the power supply, except for the black flat cables that runs to the sledge. If they are disconnected, and the led is still not on, the power supply is defective. Off course you should leave the yellow connected to the power supply, since this is power from transformer.
if you are not familiar with electronics, don’t begin on this. Hazard of shock by electricity:)

It is designed so you can open it without power. You just need to pull the glass quickly up, in the direction it would open by itself. At the motor hinge side, there is a snap release that will release the glass from motor mounts. The glass will still be attached, but it will be loose, and you can unscrew the screws that holds it in place. Be careful not to stop it while it is free, and don’t use this quick release multiple times. It will wear out the component, and it cannot stay open by it self when the unit is back in working order. It is only meant to be used in emergencies, until the power issue has been resolved.
Be aware, that if the glass glue is bad, this could skip instead of the quick release.
