Hi all,

I’m experiencing problems with rebooting my BLC NL/ML, it flashes green and does not get solid, resulting in no communication what so ever. Tried hard reset with button in different sequences but no result. Tried beo setup app, direct ip address via computer among others. The green light keeps flashing and as I understand the setup manual correctly it first should get solid green before establishing a connection with the converter.

Any thought?

I've found that completely removing the power for a good length of time can sometimes help with an NL/ML Converter isn't responding.

I’ll try that, thanks and hope this fixes it because tried everything els that seems logical to my limited IT knowledge

Did you try a factory reset? (nb: only leave the mains connected)

I had the same experience twice, but in the end with accurately following the procedure in the picture, I always managed to bring the BLC back alive/operational.

If factory reset and then mains off for 20-30 mins doesn’t help, the PCB01 ( with pre-programmed Eeprom ) has to be replaced.

Update: turned out that my BLC did not die after all. First advise that worked: keep the mains off for a long time, couple of hours. Second: I got a solid green light and directly after that I could finally do a factory reset that worked. Third: I found out that my switch port was faulty.

So after this all my BLC is up and running again.

Thanks for all your guidance, it helpt me keeping faith and especially keep my patience regarding the mains off Big Smile
