HI,

So I have an issue with a Beogram 3000, from 1985.

The table is in a nice condition, I can easily mnove the arm using the search buttons, and it moves without any effort or noise. All the buttons work.

But

When I start playing a record, basically, the arm does not move to follow the record. So it plays for a minute, with the needle arm slowing drifting away from the other arm (indicated the record size). Then at somne point it is so far away friomt he other arm, that it just skips.

Any idea what it could be ? I am surprised because since the arm moves fine with the search buttons (which I could see being a very common issue).

thanks for the helo
