This news is very strange, the famous fountainpen maker launches new headphones.

And of course, they want a part of B&O cake.
These headphones are interesting, they were concepted by Alex Rosson, a famous american engineer.
So what do you think, is this a danger to B&O?
Montblanc is a very famous brand, we all now the pictures of presidents from all around the globe signing
documents with a montblanc. But is this reputation enough to sell headphones?
What comes next, Boris Johnson using Montblanc headphones in his office?
I think B&O appeals to people who like the B&O sound and design. B&O's headphone line is priced close to higher end mainstream products and I doubt that is what Montblanc is going to do and instead focus on the higher end luxury market.

For me the real threat is Apple's headphones, because it is rumored to play in the same category : color change!
While if you want a new color for your H9 you have to buy a new H9, the Apple headphone is rumored t have quickly interchangeable parts to get new colors, like an Apple Watch strap, with new collections 2 times per year... Looks like a real issue for B&O !

witch RCP prange is this Montblanc headphones set to? its close to H9? Or higher price range?
I saw it now, rcp 600 euro. I would buy H9 everyday compare to this for nice headphone and less price:)
