Hi guys,
I was just gifted the LS6000. Absolutely love the look and style of the model, but unfortunately I wasn't given a remote control with it.
Can anyone help with what alternatives are on the market right now for me? Do I have to get an official B&O remote to fit with it?

Hi and welcome to Beoworld!
B&O remotes use a different frequency to most remotes, hence you would be best to get a B&O remote for your TV.
A Beolink 1000 will work fine (and that is what it was originally supplied with), but the more complex Beo4 should also be able to control all the required functions.
