These good news mean....for those who don’t want to engage Google for translating, that the shareholders today has approved the proposal for the capital increase, that the B&O board had asked for.

That is indeed good news, because it means that the company now can continue in the direction, that the new CEO has taken it into - even if the covid19 times has made it simewhat tougher.
