Hi all. Sorry yet another speaker question. Can I add this speaker to my Beocenter 9300 alongside a pair of passive speakers but in another room. If so what cables do I need. I have been trying to read up about them but I’m getting more confused. Thanks in advance . Steve
Hi HollyYes you can. Use the BL 3500 MK I MCL socket. Use Speaker 2 socket on BC9300.http://beotech.beoworld.org/wiring1.htm:Brgds/Fritz
I’m also looking at BeoLab 2000 speakers with the same thing in mind. Thanks. Steve
Thanks Fritz. Steve
The Beolab 2000 cannot be connected directly as it is Masterlink. The Mk1 Beolab 3500 has MCL and Masterlink.
As Fritz says, use the MCL socket. You will most likely need to change the settings on the Beolab 3500 as it will probably be in Masterlink mode.
You can connect the Beolab 2000 but you need a ML/MCL convertor box.

Thanks Stoobie. 👍🏻. Steve
