Considering the amount of money in gaming, it can only be a good thing for when I’m long gone.

I don’t know a single gamer that has any headset above 300€

Most have in the 80-150€ range

But if there is a market...

Agree, but with some clever marketing to the eSports/Gamer YouTube big shots, there might be a mild halo effect.

Not a space i know that well, but not a ridiculous move by B&O.

I have the winner, and 50% of my Gamer friends have this. There is a great market for this.

And also this is a winner but it is not good compared to my H6, but compared to the price it is understandable as the Steelseries is cheaper.

So I am looking forward to be able to buy a proper gaming headset, even if it would be way over 300€ which it sure will be.

Also when it is B&O you would properly use it for other then gaming, which people dont tend to do now.

Beovision Harmony 77" 2nd Gen, Beolab 5, Beolab 17, Beosound 1, Beoplay M3, Beoplay Portal, Beoplay Earset, Beoliving Intelligence

If they make it multi purpose they’re onto a winner. Bose do an ANR headset that has a mic boom port on it. You can add an aviation boom and appropriate leads and hey presto your £300 headset can now be used on aircraft. I have a David Clarke aviation headset and they cost £900!

So everyone here has a Bose headset for work and pleasure. And when they want a boom box

, which brand do you think they’ll naturally home in on? Hopefully the same thing could happen for B&O.

This is great news!

Bear in mind an Xbox doesn't have bluetooth for it's wireless audio connection to the console, it uses a proprietry wireless audio technology to eliminate lag which is inherant with bluetooth.

This could impact price...

Beoplay A9 MkII, BeoLab 4000, BeoSound Essence MkII
