Too long to list....
The Secret Alpaca: ....Far too many are more concerned with their own profile, trying harder to emulate the lifestyle of their clients rather than concentrate on their jobs. I think this was a natural progression when B&O took the franchise away from the small hifi shops in the early 90's. I remember B&O being sold amongst good quality hifis in the place I use to hang out.. The shop was run by a family who had pride in hifi and had set up their business over many decades. The B&O shop that replaced the franchise was only ever full of pompus folk who gave you the impression they would turn their nose up at anyone not flash enough to look like they meant serious business, so I never went in, and I am sure many other future potential customers didn't for similar reasons! Anyone could walk into the old franchise to pick up a fuse or some standard audio leads and drool over second hand B&O or the more serious were taken upstairs to see the new gear in a dedicated sound room. A great way to introduce a new generation and for younger or less flush folk people to aspire IMO...

Hmmm.
Try searching 'olufsen' on the JohnLewis website, or call in at one of their TV & audio departments.

When I went to John Lewis a few years ago they said that bno made superb equipment but they wouldn't let them stock it as they feared the discounting .
