Hi I need help if anyone has seen this happen and knows what to do please help!!

I moved my Beoplay A6 from my bedroom to my living room to use it there and now when I plug it in, it keeps flashing white as it always does to start up but it wont change to orange and nothing works anymore, I tried doing factory reset but it wont even do that, just keeps flashing white light.

if anyone has any idea what I can do to fix it please help.

Hi everyone,

I too have this problem,.  White lights are both flashing constantly and I can't do a factory reset.  Any suggestions please?  Thank you.
