Beogram cd3300 no sound

I have a much loved beogram 3300 system (radio and cd) which I have had from new.

just recently the cd has developed a problem where no sound ( actually i can just hear it) is produced. Radio sound is fine. Where should I start looking for a solution or a repairer?
