I’ve been trying to get into Reel To Reel recently, and as a diehard B&O fanboy, I’m wondering what the best R2R they made was. Unfortunately, I can’t find much info online, so I was hoping someone here could enlighten me?

Thanks,

Joshua

Technically it'll be Beocord 2000 Deluxe or Beocord 2400.
Design-wise Beocord 1200 or Beocord 1600.

Hi Joshua

I'd agree with the expert Martin.  I had a Beocord 2000 Deluxe many years ago and it was an excellent machine, especialy with its 'sound on sound' recording ability, or just as a normal stereo machine. In fact, Jeff Lynne of ELO fame (if you're old enough to remember) used one for composing in his early days and still has it to this day.
