One is supposed to to be able to tell the difference?  in behaviour though im finding so.

BL20 late version connected to avant 55

When in Wisa, if one has an option (as i do) for TV speakers only, the beolabs still illuminate, although they are muted ( but can here a slight hiss from tweeters)

Also if using Netradio or any device needing the internet, its seems that sometimes it says internet disconnect when it isnt.

When wired they behave as they should, ie not switching at all when calling for TV speakers only.

The tv can decide if powerlink cables speakers should turn of when not in use. It’s a feature in the energy savings settings. I think when using wisa that they all are on always to be in sync.

Wisa uses 5ghz signal that might interfere with wireless internet access on the same frequency so it might be why you see issues with it. I usually recommend running over cable for both internet and speakers if possible.

Correct, WISA speakers always turn on when the source is switched on even if not in use (e.g. not part of the current speaker group).
