Hi there
I have a BeoSound 9000 with BeoLab 8000 speakers. I have bought a 2nd hand Beovision 10-46 and I want to connect the two systems.
I tried connecting them via the Beo4 with V.Opt and A.Opt on both systems, but they are not responding to each other. What am I doing wrong? Is it better to connect the BeoLabs to the BeoVision, or are these systems incompatible?
Help is appreciated

Connect the speakers to the TV via Powrlink cables and the Masterlink between the BV10 and Beosound 9000. Put the TV in V.OPT 2 and the Beosound 9000 should automatically go to A.OPT 0.
Then it should work, pressing CD or Radio will play the Beosound 9000. And TV, DTV or DVD will play the Beovison 10.
Option setting for the television …> While holding the • button on Beo4, pressLIST.> Let go of both buttons.> Use the navigation button up or down to bring up OPTION? in the Beo4 display and press the centre button.> Use the navigation button to bring upV.OPT in the Beo4 display and then enter 2Option setting for the audio system …> While holding the • button on Beo4, pressLIST.> Let go of both buttons.> Use the navigation button up or down to bring up OPTION? in the Beo4 display and press the centre button.> Use the navigation button up or down tobring up A.OPT in the Beo4 display and enter 0

You also need to set up the speakers correctly on the TV speaker menu. The speaker settings from the original owners setup may be different to yours so you'll need to experiment.
Thank you all. I changed the speakers to my BeoVision, used the settings as mentioned and indeed, it works.
Very glad you have got it all working. Enjoy your new setup
good evening, I connected as described above the beovision 10 to the beosound 9000, I can hear music, but in the beosound and in the beovsion gives me information on which CD, track I am listening and not even the level of the volume. What can I do?
