I need to replace my old analog multimeter with a digital one but I am surprised the range of meters and the price range on offer now that I have started to look.
Given that when working on B&O systems the voltage range is not high, I am sure the experienced forum members have their views on the best multimeter with regards to function vs. price and I would be grateful for any hints and tips. One thing I do want to make sure is that the continuity test voltage must be low to avoid component damage.
