Hi, I have no idea how to contact b&o etc regarding the issue that my earbuds or charging case will not charge. I purchased these from an SQ flight from SIN to BNE in March and haven’t really used them since then. Only find out now when I need them that they don’t work. Can anyone help?

You can't charge your earbuds and you can't charge your charting case right?With the charting case: maybe try different USBC tables. Maybe the one you are using is broken or the case is not responding to it (for whatever reasons).
With the earbuds I am unsure what to do. But you can contact the b&o support in many different ways: you can chat, email or call them. Just go to their official site (https://support.bang-olufsen.com/hc/de) and you will find the different options.
