I have asked the question. I have two of the above tvs both linked from the main system, when I try and watch the sky hd box from the main system all the tvs work without any issue apart from one other bvis10, I dont get any sound from sky when I use the sat command, however when I select tv I get the sound all tvs are in option 6 the master is in option 2, this is the only one that has issue with sound, cd and radio play fine just not sound from sky, nothing is connected to the tv, I have also reset to factory default and still the same issue, has anyone else had this issue

Tuner setup in service menu may be incorrect assuming you have other link TVs without sound on sky hd. Otherwise I would have assumed it was a simple loose scart connection

Thanks for the reply but I have checked the tuner set up on the service menu on the other bvis 10, and the settings are the same as I said In my post all the other tvs in the link system are fine so it's not a scary issue, it's just this one bvis 10, that when I select the sky box on the link freq no sound yet when i press tv the sound is there

The programmed TV channel on the same/similiar frequency might disturb the link frequency on the BV10, assuming you are using the Beolink video distribution via RF link amplifier ..(?)

Hi stefan

In the uk there are no analouge channels I have simply tuned in the link freq to the tv channel and stored it as channel 1, and the sound is fine, as I said all the other bang and olufsen tvs are fine with no issues it's just this one tv, which makes me suspect that there is an issue, I spoke to a bang and olufsen service and they are suggesting its thr main board that is the issue  if that's the  case I would look for another tv as the cost for the part and labour is to expensive

Yes, I know - but maybe it takes not too much time to delete that channel or tune in another link frequency just for testing before buying a new BV.

And, did you try to press SAT - AV - SAT in the BV10 room?

Hey stefan

I will delete the tv channel and see if that makes a difference I dont think it will, as all the other tvs are fine both on tv 1 and link freq, I will try the sat av option as I can pull the cd and radio will be there on sat they that and see if it works, will let you know how I get on
