Hi there,
I have recently been given a lovely looking Beosound 3000 (2672), the small clamp version.
Unfortunately it will not startup and seems to sit there with the REG and GREEN led illuminated.
I have selected SOUND, 1, STORE on my beloink 1000 and the RED LED flashes once.
The doors are working and the CD clamp works when 'LOAD' is selected. With a CD inserted it does not read the disc....
I can get into TESTMODE and TM27 returns the following:
1 MEM 2
1 ML 32
IIC OK
1 SER 5
1 CD 6
OS OK
1 IO 58
1 AP 73
1 IOP 19
The system is at:
AP 1.3
OS 12.02a
IOP 21.0
TUN X.X
CD X.X
Any pointers on what to look for next, or test?

On another note, does anyone know the belt size for the door motor on this unit?
Hi,
I think that when the green light is illuminated it means that a timer has been enabled. Make sure the clock is set correctly and delete any timers.

OK, thanks, just tried that, unable to get into any of the TIMER options.
I have just run TM28 and that is returning MEM ++- which is pointing to an EEPROM issue....!?
