I received  Beocord 8000 for repairs, it plays, FF but will not rewind, the relay engages but the friction wheel does not rotate.

Will appreciate any help and I am new to this site

Clean and lubricate and replace belts and idler rubber parts. All very common.
I can supply the correct parts. PM or email me.
