I have a pair of Beolab Penta MKIII and an ICEpower amplifier. I have noticed that the Penta's have a speaker link socket in the bottom. I was wondering what the speaker link socket is used for. And if it is possible to connect the output of my amplifier to the speaker link socket.

Pls Refer to the BL Penta MK III manual
Further one should know the correct pin connection for the 4 pin speaker link. .

If one uses the speaker link, the signal will still pass through the Beolab 200.
Pls note that the 4 pin socket are for a Beomaster without Powelink.

For 4 ohms output:
Pos Max :0-25 W
Pos Med:25-50 W
Pos Min:50- ?

For 8 ohms output:
Pos Max:0-12 w
Pos Med:12-25 w
Pos Min:25- ?
