Mid-program, my BeoVision7 (mk1 or 2, I forget) decided to make a popping/snap sound and cut off. There's still a red dot down the bottom right though. Is this a standard and repairable thing that's worth my time opening it up for? Part of me is hoping that there's an easily replaceable capacitor/fuse, I really don't want to have to dig into savings right now for a new tv

Well I opened it up after getting a service manual online. It was super dusty inside so it must have been getting hot.

Once you get in there's two main modules that swing out and the larger one has a whole bunch of capacitors on it and it looks like this is the one that went. I guess I will try to source the same spec online although if anyone recommends replacing any others then let me know before I reassemble it
