Hi,
Looking for some help please.
I have a Moment connected wirelessly to a pair of BL 18, I noticed today when using Deezer via the App that sound came from only the Left Speaker. I checked that the speakers were connected correctly, then that the Moment could locate each speaker and assign them 'Left' and 'Right', and could 'Locate' them with the test-tone correctly: All seemed fine, but still when Deezer recommenced, only the Left Speaker would play.
I then changed the Left and Right Speaker assignment on the Moment, again noting it could locate each speaker correctly, and restarted my Deezer session: Now sound would only come out of the Right Speaker!
This at least indicates that there is no issue with the speakers, and the Moment being able to locate them correctly means there is no obvious problem with it either. I have tried with Tunein stations also, but the problem remains, and it's driving me crazy.
Is there anything obvious I've overlooked, or some known solution? Any input gratefully appreciated.

BS Moment, BS Core, BG 4002, BC 4500, BS1, BL18, BL19, BL8000 + RCV1, A6, M5, M3, A1, P6 (tks Botty), H5, TR1
Yes, checked the balance settings, unplugged then re-powered the speakers and Moment, wifi signal is excellent, no technical changes made by me to the App or Moment prior to the problem: Same result regardless of source - only one speaker plays. Strange....
Strange indeed ....
What I can suggest prior to send the Moment to B&O for a diag are:
(1) try with a physical connection to the BL18 (a couple of Eth Cat 6 or 7 cables + switches in the correct position for each BL) to isolate if it is a Moment's Wisa transmitter issue (i doubt as the same transmitter must be used to send the sound that identifies the speakers)
(2) a factory reset of the Moment
Thank you for your suggestions mbolo01.
I'll try a wired connection tomorrow, but it can't be a permanent solution - a tiled floor free of cables was the reason I wanted WISA in the first place!
Last year my Moment suffered from the Deezer-stuttering problem following a software update. B&O rolled back my software to a stable build and I turned off Auto-Update top preserve this; since then my Moment has mostly behaved itself. I've been dreading having to do a factory reset because of this and the complications of reinstalling a stable software build. Lets hope I don't have to go down that route...

Appreciate your input and logic mbolo01.
I tried going wired late yesterday, and as expected both speakers played perfectly in unison. On returning to wireless, only one speaker again played.
So I switched off the Moment at the socket, and left the Jukebox off the Soundheart to discharge overnight and most of today, just to see what would happen...
Of course, you've guessed it: Both speakers played Deezer/Tunein sources in stereo perfectly. I then re-allocated Left and Right Speakers as a trial, and again both speakers played perfectly. It appears the problem is resolved for now.
I think there must be a glitch somewhere in the Moment's software to have caused this. Hopefully if it happens againI now know what to do, and this finding will be useful to others.
