Is there any reason to prefer one of the above mentioned Beomasters for a technical reason or because of sound quality?

I am looking for a vintage Beomaster to use with my Beogram 1700 turntable and Beovoxes S45-2's.

I vote for 2000 because of its design.

Soudwise not a big difference but I saw lot of 3000 with defective transformer. Not easy ro repair and not easy to find a donor.

Hi. I have both, the 2000 with beovox s30 and the 3000-2 with s45-2. I prefer the sound of the 2000 with the s30, which is strange because the specs and reviews of the s45-2 are better. Perhaps it's the configuration of the space. Aesthetically I prefer the 2000, it's a beautiful piece of art. Enjoy!

Stay safe. Best wishes, José.
