Hi

Longtime I did not work on an bang and olufsen product.

Hi am more on smartphone repair because of easy access to diagrams and parts.

Because of the covid-19 confinement I said why not trying to fix the beosound 4, I have 2 and both with the exact same problem. So that is supposed to be a conception error and should be under warranty but....

So it isTurning on led on stand by, never blinks.

The window moves and I was able to make the cd clamp open and close. Do not know how as I have no display at all.

After reading on the forum I saw someone that had B&O changed a card and 700.00 dollars after was back and running.

That is why I normally do not buy these products as we do not have the complete schematics of these products. I do not buy products from companies that have such behavior, making all they can do the costs are so expensive that people prefer buying a new one.

Anyway I have only 5V_SB

6.00 volts on pin 1 of @uPH8 no 5V_CD

Cannot do any further test as you must be in CD mode to get the other voltages.

Any help ?

Which board is the culprit ? Is it P101 the main supply ?

Does it exist more complete diagrams than the service manual ?

That is only a module exchange manual.

Regards
