My Beosound 5 Encore continually displays "Loading Radio". It has done this for over 72 hours at a time.  When this happens I am unable to have the BeoSound5 complete MOST calculations or scan my NAS for new songs.  When I unplug my WAN port on my router, the Beosound5 behaves normally again.  MY unit has been swapped twice and I have had the same problem.  I am using a wired network and have not had this problem before.  Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

your router may be an issue, or check whether you have a drive letter assignment conflict for the BM5

I have the same problem (basically no connection) when my Beosound 5 is plugged on the same switch than my Apple TV... Strange!

If I disconnect the Apple TV and use it wirelessly, no problem at all.

Do you have an Apple TV connected? (or any equipment that, when turned on, causes problem with the BS5E) ?

Is the Apple TV an enemy of the BS5E??? Cool

It's the router that is the problem. Trie to activate the NAT in the router.

Or change the router for example a linksys router and the problem is solved.
