Hi I hope someone can help. I changed my batteries on my above remote. I use it on SAT linked to my beovision7. I can turn it on and off move the stand and have volume control but all the other functions such as pause move programmes etc have all disappeared. Any ideas how to retune my beo4. It is also linked to Beosound 3500 and that functions fine.

Is there a set top box connected to your TV through which you get the TV channels?
If so, it sounds like the TV has lost the ability to control the set top box. If this is the case, you should go into the TV's CONNECTIONS menu and check that it is set up to control the correct box.
In short, I don't think the Beo4 is at fault here.
