Hello gentlemen.
i own a B&O overture 3000.
Using it with no problems at all, with the help of BEO 4 ,suddently I have a problem.
The red and green lights are on and my B&O is locked!
i don’t know what to do to operate it again.
Can somebody give me some help?
Hi and welcome to Beoworld!
There is a sequence of keys that will lock the doors.
On the remote with the system in standby, try pressing SHIFT 9 0 3 6 9 with no more than two seconds between each button. The display should say UNLOCKED.

I believe that when both lights are on it indicates that a timer has been set?

Yes, the green light implies that a timer has been set, but this shouldn't stop it working. And you should be able to clear the green light by pressing MUTE with the system at standby.
EDIT: Using MUTE to clear the timer works on the 2300, but I am not sure about the Ouverture. From the Ouverture manual, to clear the timer:
On the control panel (if the doors are open):
- Press SETUP
- Press DOWN arrow, until TIMER is displayed
- Press PLAY, to see current timer settings
- Press UP arrow, to switch timer on or off (green light should cycle on/off)
- Press PLAY to store setting
Is it an Ouverture or a 3000 you own ?
the Ouverture has a tapedeck, the 3000 does not.
If it is a 3000, then there is the risk that the processor is dead, and there is nothing you can do easily.
