Beocenter 7002 lid cannot stay down

Hi - newbie here!

I have just been offered a Beocenter 7002 - only problem is the lid (on the right, not on the turntable) cannot stay down. Anyone knows this problem and have any idea if it can be fixed?

Broken plastic lock under the front edge of the lid.

Can it be fixed? Can the plastic lock be changed, and where would I find a new one?

Yes, it slides in to a groove from the front.
Occasionally one can be found at Beoparts.

Would a Beocenter 7007 have an identical plastic lock that I could use on the 7002?
