Hello The following issue I have, I bought a few years ago a beoplay A9 mk2 and kept it on the other side of the living room. In the center I have for 13 years a nice black beosound1 mk1, mounted on the wall.Preferably I would like to add a multi room functionality to the aux 8pin connector of the beosound.Has anybody an idea how this could be done, is there a small device which can be assembled inside or hidden behind the device ?Thanks for your help
Hi Martijn
I think you could use one of these https://soundsheavenly.com/bang-olufsen/52-72-stereo-rca-twin-phono-to-beosound-aux-input-din-socket.html#/2-length-1m
and connect to a Beosound Essence Mark 2
if you want a Core there is a different cable for that
Thank you Michael, so it is for hardware either a beosound essence 2 or a beosound core.Excellent than I know where to look for, the core should be possible to hide behind the beosound1.Have a nice day

Hello Carolpa,
To answer your question “ Do you want to listen multiroom (BS1 and A9) to the old BS1 sources and listen on both to the A9 sources. Or is only the second option sufficient?“
Just the second option is fine, if I could add the BS1 to the music I’m listening to from the A9,
There is no need to stream the BS1 f.e. CD player to the A9,
